2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if tracking is available). If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us at karl@geothermalshock.com

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues.
6. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days (UK) or 14 business days (International), please contact us.
If your book arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will either replace the item or offer a refund.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.
