Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Geothermal Shock. We hope you are happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, this Refund Policy explains your rights and how to return your item.
1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to give a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at karl@geothermalshock.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
2. Returns Process
To request a return or refund, please:

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
We will refund the original cost of the book and standard delivery charge (if applicable). We do not refund return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on:

Digital downloads (eBooks, PDFs, etc.) once the download has begun

Books that have been used, damaged, or are not in resaleable condition

Customised, signed, or personalised copies (unless faulty)
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your book arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item or offer a full refund, including any shipping costs.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
