These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of the book "Punk Rock to Geothermal Shock" (“the Book”) through this Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. This does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when you receive a dispatch confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraud.

 

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK VAT (if applicable).

We accept payment via secure third-party processors such as [e.g. PayPal]. Your payment information is not stored on our servers.

 

6. Delivery

Delivery options, times, and fees are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We aim to dispatch orders promptly but are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or external factors.

 

7. Returns and Refunds

Returned items must be in original condition. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund (excluding delivery costs unless the item is faulty). For full details, refer to our Refund Policy.
